Frida Ånnevik
I have co-produced two albums with Frida, Andre sanger (2019) and VI (2024). We also share the stage in a music theatre production at Teater Innlandet, Prosjekt Prøysen, rak som et lys under storgrana, right now, and we play together in Oslo Indie Horns.

Louien
Louien and I have worked together on all of her three albums, None of My Words (2019) Figure me out/No Tomorrow (2022) and Every Dream I Ever Had (2024). I’m also grateful to be a part of her band and world in general.

Sibiir
I produced their album Ropes (2019), and did some overdubs on their latest album Undergang (2024). They make a perfect mix of metal and hard core, and I love their live shows. They show that you can have a lot of fun even when making and performing hard hitting music with pretty grim, dark themes. Great friends!

Atlanter
I recorded their first album Vidde (2013) in their then rehearsal space which has now turned into my studio, Brageveien. Since then i also worked on their follow-up Jewels of Crime (2016) with Erlend Mokkelbost and now being reunited with them doing the mixing of their fantastic, long awaited third album.

Unnveig Aas
I produced her new great upcoming album, from wich an Ep has been released this fall. With Unnveig herself on guitars and vocals, Roger Græsberg on all kinds of stringed instruments, drummer Øystein Aarnes Vik and myself playing the rest of the instruments.

Les Imprimés
The stirring and ethereal sounds of Les Imprimés are the latest addition to the Big Crown family, and you likely haven't heard of them. More correctly, you haven't heard of Morten Martens, the man behind the band. Born, raised, and working in Kristiansand, Norway, Morten keeps a low profile while making his heartfelt, highly infectious, and unique music.
And when Morten asked me if I could play soul guitar, I said no but luckily he accepted that when I added that I wanted to learn it!Photo: Martin Litzwiki

Tape Trash
I worked on putting together the first TAPE TRASH album TAPE TRASH 4-EVER in 2023. Wonderfully crafted emo-rock, incredibly catchy songs by Anders Killerud and Kristoffer Staxrud.
Listen to the album on Apple Music, Tidal or Cobuz and make sure to check out their new album as well, Its even better!

Dig Deeper
I produced and mixed the fourth album of this great psychedelic group. This is their self proclaimed Oslo album, inspired by 90s powerpop, R.E.M, Teenage fanclub and DeLillos as well as the more excpected psychedelic 70s influences. I’m very happy to work with them on their fifth album this spring. Yess yess!

Hanne Kolstø
I’ve nearly lost count of how many albums we did, but I think its ten depending on if you count with live album.
Never easy to describe, Hanne is always searching, but the eclecticness was what made it so inspiring to work with. Industrial, electronic, pure pop songs, wierd time signatures and complex song structures, string quartets, chruch organs, acoustic, intimate songs, and her fathers brass band.

Ole Kirkeng
I produced his debut EP which won the Spellemannpris for best country record in 2019. What he has achieved as an artist and songwriter after that is incredible. I’m also to play alongside his great bass skills in Louiens band.

Lucy Swann
Lucy is an incredible songwriter with a huge voice and non compromising sound. I really enjoyed working on her album Blue, Indigo, Violet and Death (2018). I also played guitar in her band for a while.

BirdWorld
Experimental duo consisting of Gregor Riddell (cello, guitars) and Adam Texeira (percussion, samples, kalimba). We recorded their second album at Flerbruket (I really reccomend this place/studio!) in 2023.
Featuring an array of instruments and guest artists – including Harpreet Bansal (violin), Maria Dybbroe (saxophone) and Sara Övinge (violin) – this album is a significant leap from the sound of their previous album UNDA.

Avind
The indie band I’m playing with. Tonje Tafjords lyrics in her own dialect (Tafjordsk) and a lot of emo/indie/country guitars. New album in the making!
Other (current) band members: Gudmund Bolstad Skjær and Amund Stokke

Killer Kid Mozart
I mixed their record Crying in Overdrive (2024). Couldn’t stop myself from laying down some backing vocals just because I enjoyed their music so much. Really catchy songs done in the Weezer-way.

Jens Carelius
Jens was really the reason I was thrown into the weird business of producing records. Me and his bass player at the time, Kristian Berg built a kind of a studio around a Tandberg tape recorder and an old Peavey desk in our rehearsal room. A lot of the musicians I know and still work with comes out if this project, and I played the guitar with his band.
We went on to make his three first albums together (2009-2011), learning the craft and how to place make (or the art of forgetting where the mike's actual location is, but enjoing the strangness of the piano sound). It still sounds great!

Mildfire / Einar Stray Orchestra
After working on the ESO-ablum Dear Bigotry they changed their name and came back as Mildfire. I worked as a co producer and played some guitars on their records. Fantastic musicians (Lars Fremmerlid, Jule Ofelia Østrem Ossum, Steinar Glas, Einar Stray).

Kyss på halsen
I didn’t get to work a lot with this band, but I’m listing them here because I enjoy workin on their music so much that I’m using this as a kind of job application. We did a few singles in 2023. Great songs in an electronic shoegaze land, by Lene C Jørgensen, Ole Torstein Hovig and Anders Killerud.
